Metabolic Boot Camp Start-up

Over the course of 3.5 years, I helped a Chiropractor develop a startup secondary to his primary office including a new supply chain for nutritional supplements and automated online learning for patients. By creating product and business partnerships, establishing technical infrastructure, re-organizing business structure, and iterating from customer feedback, I implemented the groundwork for MBC to become locally recognized and ship products globally. 

Without a vision for the future, Metabolic Boot Camp had become a thing of the past. By getting the owners excited about their original dream and learning what customers were seeking, I was able to develop a new vision, ideate, and execute a new plan for MBC primarily through strategic partnerships.

During my time at Oasis Chiropractic, I worked directly with the owners (Drs. Karen and Tom Baader), while directing the local staff as well as remote teams to develop the Metabolic Boot Camp to what it is today. 

I transitioned suppliers from a company called Protec to GMP Nutraceuticals to expand our product line and resolve product defects from previous partner. 

Picking up the pieces of a website which lost it's data, I managed the process of developing an automated online learning system by directing programming teams and implementing the changes internally. 

Now, after years of hard work, the Oasis team and MBC team work hand in hand toward seamless growth as they serve their clients metabolic needs.
